Short, plain, honest. Last updated 29 May 2026.
behindthecreators.org is the marketing site for an operator service that helps creators run digital product launches and the business behind them. The site exists to describe what we do, show you how we work, and let you book a 20-minute fit call to see if there's a fit.
The content on these pages — the offer descriptions, the sample plan, the timelines, the pricing language — is informational. It is not an offer that binds either side. A real engagement starts only when both parties sign a separate written scope of work. Until that document exists and is signed, nothing on this website creates any obligation on us or on you.
Booking a call through the scheduling widget creates a calendar appointment, nothing more. You can cancel or reschedule any time. We may decline to take the call if it isn't a fit on our side; if so, we'll say so and refund any deposit (none is collected at the call stage anyway).
The text, layout, branding, sample plan content, and other original material on this site belong to Behind the Creators. You're welcome to share links and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy whole pages or republish the sample plan as your own.
Detailed responsibilities live in the scope of work you sign before any engagement begins. At a high level, you provide access to your audience channels and accounts as needed, respond to drafts and decisions in a reasonable window, and pay invoices on the agreed schedule. We do the operating work behind your name as described in the scope.
We don't guarantee a specific revenue number for any launch, a specific number of customers, or a specific email open rate. Markets, audiences, and timing decide those outcomes more than execution does. What we guarantee is that the work in the scope ships on time, properly built, in your accounts, in your voice.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from this website — separate from any signed engagement — is limited to whatever you've paid us in connection with the site, which for almost everyone reading this is zero. For a signed engagement, the liability cap is set in that scope of work, not here.
This site uses Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, Cal.com for scheduling, and Zoho for email. Their terms apply when you use those services through us. We don't control their uptime or their decisions, though we'll work around outages when they happen.
We may update these terms occasionally as the business evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest change. Material changes that affect anyone we're actively working with will be communicated directly.
